Job Description
FinanceMalta is a Foundation set up in 2007 to promote Malta as an international financial services centre. It harnesses the strengths, experience and depth of the different Founding Members which form its Board of Governors, as well as that of its members operating in the various financial services sectors.
A vacancy has arisen for the post of Digital Marketing Administrator, who will report to the Chief Operations Officer (COO). The chosen candidate will be responsible for the foundation’s digital marketing operations, by maintaining the foundation’s social media presence and sales, and working on various marketing campaigns.
The selected candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, be digitally creative, possess strong organisational and analytical skills together with data-driven thinking, have the ability to work under pressure, the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks, and the ability to travel.

Annex A
Job Description – Digital Marketing Administrator4
The duties of the Digital Marketing Administrator shall include:
1. Assist the COO and Senior Manager Business Development in planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, email, social media and display advertising.
2. Implement FinanceMalta’s social media strategy.
3. Responsible for maximising the use of our digital and social media platforms and channels to attract more members whilst increasing followers.
4. Assist the COO and Senior Manager in the preparation of the marketing plans for FinanceMalta.
5. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
6. Responsible for the FinanceMalta website including required enhancements and content creation.
7. Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
8. Assist the Senior Manager, Business Development in the negotiation process with suppliers.
9. Ensure all agreements entered with suppliers regarding the digital aspect are followed up and tracked, and all deliverables are met within the required timeframes.
10. Responsible for the organisation of podcasts/deep dives/webinars.
11. Provide project status updates as required by management.
12. Create and manage online registrations for events.
13. Represent FinanceMalta at international and local events, according to business necessities.
14. Analyse post-event success and ensure post-event reports are filed accordingly

Annex B
Qualifications and experience required
A recognised Diploma qualification at MQF Level 5 (subject to a minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVETS credits, or equivalent*) in Marketing or a comparable professional qualification, plus five (5) years of relevant work experience.
*A recognised qualification comparable to 60 ECTS/ECVETS credits, as applicable, is only accepted subject to an MQRIC formal recognition statement being submitted with the application.
OR
A recognised Bachelor’s qualification at MQF Level 6 (subject to a minimum of 180 ECTS/ECVETS credits, or equivalent*, with regard to programmes commencing as of October 2003) in Marketing or a comparable professional qualification, plus three (3) years of relevant work experience.
*A recognised qualification comparable to 180 ECTS/ECVETS credits, as applicable, is only accepted subject to an MQRIC formal recognition statement being submitted with the application.
Other Requisites:
i) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing applications.
Terms and Conditions:
• The salary to be offered is subject to the Grade 4 Administrator position within the salary structure as approved by the Industrial Relations Unit (IRU);
• A performance bonus of up to 15% of the basic salary is applicable;
• The employee’s appointment will be on an indefinite basis, subject to a six-month probationary period.
