The Chamber of Engineers in collaboration with the Bank of Valletta is holding a free webinar exclusively for its members related to Contactless Payment Solutions.SMEs are gradually re-opening for business in a new norm, and faced with new protocols to follow which encourage contactless payments as a means of limiting the risk of contagion.Contactless payments provide SMEs with an opportunity to improve customer experience in terms of a faster, safer and secure way of payment.This webinar will give an insight on the opportunities that contactless offers to SMEs and their clients.
- Bank of Valletta has increased the contactless card payments limit on transactions up to €50 eliminating the need to insert the PIN.
- The BOV Pay app offers cardholders to upload their cards on their phones, and contactless payments are effected simply by tapping their mobile phone / smart watch to the EPOS terminal.
- Bank of Valletta has been at the forefront to facilitate SMEs in setting up e-Commerce facilities especially in these trying times.
