TAX COMPLIANCE SERIES: 1 – INDIVIDUAL TAXATION
During this webinar the speaker will take the attendees through the process of completing personal income tax returns and will address various issues and difficulties which may arise when completing the return.This session will take the form of a practical workshop such that, based on the case studies provided, attendees shall be completing income tax returns. Each page of the tax return will be analysed in detail. There will be a discussion on issues relating mainly to income, allowable deductions, tax credits, tax computation and tax rebates. The possibility, for certain taxpayers to file the tax return online, will also be explained.

- BENJAMIN GRISCTI - Benjamin Griscti, a certified Public Accountant with over 8 years of experience including working in the tax and accounting function of a Big4 firm. He is a senior lecturer for ACCA (tax modules) and has delivered several seminars and training sessions at a national stage. He is part of the Malta Institute of Accountants’ committee for Direct Taxation.
