Seminar: DAC 7 – What does it mean for you?

DAC7 – the Directive on Administrative Cooperation 7 – is being implemented in Malta, with the first DAC7 reports due on 1 January 2024.DAC7 brings the tax transparency reporting most organisations have had to deal with to digital platforms and online sales. During this seminar, Ian Zahra and Trudy Muscat will be looking at how that will impact Malta-based platforms and the professionals providing service to them, while also looking at the direction of travel contemplated by the commission for forthcoming developments to the DAC framework to allow for preparation.The seminar will be held on Tuesday, 26 September 2023, starting at 15:30.
