COURSE: FUNDAMENTALS OF MALTESE INCOME TAX LAW
This course, which is comprised of 10 lectures, will provide a comprehensive overview of the interpretation of tax law and jurisdiction to tax, including deductions, exemptions & taxation of companies. It is ideal for persons pursuing a career in tax who wish to obtain a solid foundation in the fundamentals of Maltese tax law.The course is the first module (Module A) of the 5 modules comprising the MIT Course on Taxation 2023/2024.
