COURSE: ADVANCED MALTESE INCOME TAX & STAMP DUTY

This course, which is comprised of 10 lectures, will provide a comprehensive overview of advanced aspects of Maltese Income Tax Law, capital gains and duty on documents and transfers, tax AML, taxation of individuals, taxation of trusts and foundations and tax compliance obligations.It is ideal for persons pursuing a career in tax who are familiar with the fundamentals of Maltese tax law but who wish to carry out a more in-depth study of the Maltese tax system.The course is the second module (Module B) of the 5 modules comprising the MIT Course on Taxation 2023/2024.Applicants wishing to follow this module only are to book via this page.
