nextmarkets Trading Limited (hereafter “nextmarkets” or “the Company”) is authorised by the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to deal on its own account, to provide execution of orders on behalf of other persons, to receive and transmit orders, provide portfolio management and advisory services to Retail Clients, Professional Clients (excluding Collective Investment Schemes) and Eligible Counterparties in terms of a Category 3 Investment Services Licence No. IS/77603 pursuant of Article 6 of the Investment Service Act 1994. It is based in Malta and is a majority owned subsidiary of nextmarkets AG based in Germany.
