Hanover Investors Management (Malta) Limited is a licensed Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) regulated by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) under the Investment Services Act (Chapter 370 of the Laws of Malta). The Company was incorporated on 12 September 2017 and was granted a Category 2 Investment Services Licence (Licence No: IS/82519) with effect from 9 July 2019, in accordance with Directive 2011/61/EU (AIFMD).
