Nick Valenzia
Partner Dr. Nicholas Valenzia heads the aviation practice group at Mamo TCV Advocates.
Nicholas graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal and Humanistic Studies in 2001 and with Doctor of Laws in 2004. He furthered his studies in Cardiff, Wales with a Master of Laws in 2005. Nicholas was admitted to the Maltese Bar in 2006. He joined the firm upon his graduation and was admitted a partner of the firm in 2015.
Nicholas is a foremost figure in the aviation sector in Malta and he advises major players in this space including banks, lessors, and major operators, together with the Government of Malta and the Transport Malta Civil Aviation Directorate.
Nicholas has a particular focus on assets management and finance issues. He also has vast experience in aircraft ownership and operational structures. Nicholas also coordinates aircraft repossession procedures on behalf of international credit institutions.

- Aircraft repossession;
- Asset finance;
- Asset management;
- Ownership and operational structures for aircraft holding entities;
- Aircraft leasing and charters;
