Mark is an experienced aviation lawyer specialising in complex cross-border financing and leasing transactions.
As Senior Legal Director at Vista Global, Mark provides legal oversight of VistaJet’s fleet of 135 Maltese-registered aircraft and other aircraft registered in the US, Germany and India. He has assisted in the structuring and execution of innovative asset-backed capital market products, asset trading transactions, secured financing and finance leases.
Mark began his career at Clifford Chance and has been practicing as an English law solicitor for over a decade, during which he has worked for both lessors and operators, in London, Ireland, and Hong Kong
