Alan Caruana is a Fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants, an IT Auditor, and holds a MBA in General Management through the University of Bath. He heads the secretariat to the Minister of Finance, the Economy and Investment and his current role is that of managing multiple national projects where the Government of Malta has the lead role. He lectures in project management at Master’s level at the University of Malta, and he is on the University of Malta Council. He was a senior management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and a director of various institutions.
