Kevin Valenzia is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales, and is the Tax & Legal services line leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers in Malta. He has been a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 1987 and his current role includes advising on structuring for a large number of international groups of companies and private clients. He spent a number of years working for the firm’s London office. He is the current President of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners in Malta, the body representing local professionals operating in the Financial Services industry. He is also a member, and past Chairman, of the Financial Services Consultative Council, a body made up of all the associations operating in the financial services sector in Malta and used as a consultative body by Government and local regulators
